Selberg makes a valid point. Women should be more like men in terms of believing in themselves and being more aggressive/competitive in the workplace. Don't be fearful of being perceived as greedy or overselling yourselves. At the end of the day if you don't ask or put yourself out there you'll end up with nothing. Women are amazing and you should start believing it. Power to the ladies!
